Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Goto Inspection Entry Menu
5.Enter all the Mandatory Fields in the Entry for the PI which having the Mapped Template for Receiving/Final Inspection
6.Now the Form will Open and Enter the fields and Submit the Inspection
7.Now again Click on Actions Tab and Goto Supervisal ApprovalSheet
8.Select the PI and Click on the Inspection Entry which we Submitted from the Inspection Entry Menu
9.Observe the Results

Observation: After Submitting the Inspection in the Inspection Entry Menu and Viewing in Supervisor ApprovalSheet the Submitted Inspection is not displaying
