Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Document management
4.Select the level and click document integration
5.Select the level
6.Select integrate by documents
7.Select the document
8.Click save
9.Click ok to the alert and click delete
10.It shows message as select the level

Description
Impact:Alert message displayed is wrong when trying to integrate by documents
It shows alert message as "Please select a document" even though the documents are selected
When deleting it shows alert message as "select the level" even though the levels are selected
