Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Setup
4.Select Administrator Settings
5.Select Suite Default Module to Functional Safety
6.Click Save
7.Logout and Login again
8.Observe the Result

Description

In Administrator Settings, could not able to assign Suite Default Module for Functional Safety.
After RE-login the Administrator Settings page Displays the unchanged Data.
