Steps To Reproduce:

VAM fill checklists
Assign two checklists(p2 and p3)
Fill p2 checklists and submit
Fill P3 checklists checkpoints
Click submit all button (do not click submit)
Observe,
Submit all will not force to submit the checklists
instead ok clicking submit only able to upload checklists"Are you sure want to upload" ok cancel alert
