Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as FST Admin
2. Select PI and Enter details in VOC
3. Click on Test plan Icon
4. Enter Function/Req
5. Select VOC
6. Check for the newly created Fn/req and it ID

Description

Test plan- After Creating Function/Requrement in Testplan the same is showing under VOC with Duplicate VOC Number
  • Also Multiple test plan created is showing under same VOC #
  • Same is happening whenever we are creating via interface.
