Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to boss setup and click risk setup
2.Then open the impact tab and click add
3.Enter data in all field, in score field enter alphabet and click save.
Observe the result

Description

1.While enter other than integer in score field and click save in add popup. It show the alert to "Please enter only digits". But popup gets closed. Need to stay in the popup
2.In impact tab - "Please enter only digits" alert show in green color. Need to show in orange color
