SP 10.5.0

1.when we click add users, the done button is not there and when we scroll down the training request page or click outside the users popup. The users page goes back to the training request page. And also not able to select users because of done button not there.
2.When we click add shop floor users and click outside the user popup, it goes to back to training request page

3.Training request from docpro - Done button is not working.So not able to select users. The shop floor users selected is shown not properly(alignment problem). Refer screenshot
And pagination show in left hand side in select users
