1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Goto Supervisor Approvalsheet Menu
5.Click on the Operation from already Submitted Inspection
6.Now Click on the Inspection Entry in below given "Lot Details for Production Item"
7.Right-Click & Select "Accept Lot" and then again Right-Click & Select the "Submit Inspection"
8.Observe the Results

Observation: While Clicking "Accept Lot" and then "Submit Inspection" option by the Supervisor it was not submitting and not refreshing automatically and again if we Right-Click and select the Submit Inspection means also its not Submitting again and again it was coming like this
