Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as auditor
2) Click on Perform audit
3) Click on Upload audit record
4) Upload Findings
5) Click on Submit to auditee
6) Now Click on Upload NC/OFI button and upload Findings
7) Now observe the audit report

Report is against checklist details. in Count area im showing the count of manually added checklist. Report didnt have field other than nc from checklist.need to disscuss
