Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP Module.
2. Open an existing project and create a task.
3. Enable existing route for the task and attach a Aqua document.
4. Click on the input document and it redirects to Aqua page.
5. Publish the Aqua document.
=> Publish to DocPro error: Argument length must be greater or equal to zero.
