Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to ewqims
2.GO to IC
3.Click on supervisor approval sheet
4.Click on operation
5.It shows 2 different inspection sheets for the same lotnumber for diff frequencies(say hourly and at setup)
6.Submit the hourly inspection sheet
7.It will asks for conformation message
8.Click ok to that alert
9.Hourly check form is removed from the grid
10.It still shows the at setup inspection sheet
11.Submit option is not there for at setup inspection sheet
12.USer cant able to edit the at setup inspection sheet as well

Description

Supervisor Approval sheet:When the lot numbers are same for (say )2 frequencies, then while submitting the first lot, it asks confirmation message to continue, by clicking ok to that conformation,first lot number got submitted and it is removed from the supervisor sheet, but it shows the second lot number(So the user cant able to submit it again)
