1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuAPro -> Main2

3.Expand Global -> Select a PI

4.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA/DFMEA under the Process/Design Documents

5.Collapse PI -> View the Element Headers

6.Observe the Result

Still its not fixed only the AIAG-VDA Format Name was being in Small Size other than that marked items are in big size only. Sorry to update it now.
