Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor (Die and Equipment)
3. Click on Spare part request icon from assigned or scheduled wo
4. Enter the alphabet and special character in actual qty field and click on save button
5. Observe the behavior

Note:
1. If the text field is restricted for special characters, there should be an intimation saying ‘This field should contain only text.
2. If the numeric field is restricted for text, there should be an intimation saying ‘This field should contain only numbers’
