Not able to redirect from item definition to Requirement flow down items

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as RFD admin
2. Select a PI
3. Select Item definition(Architectural block diagram)
4. Select Requirement flowdown option
5. Select any menus under it(VOC)
6. Observe the behavior

Description

Not able to redirect from any of the menus under item definition to Requirement flow down items. On refreshing a blank page is showing up( refer Screen shot)
