Description
Project Priority- While Deleting priority, suggesting to show the same behavior on deleting project groups.
IN the Project Groups sudden refresh is happening and the deleted item removed from the list at the time of showing "Deleted successfully" alert
IN Priority, the item removes from the after getting the alert
