Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Problem solver Setup → Template
4.Click on 8D approach
5.Make changes in template , click on save
6.Create a new concern
7.submit concern ,
8.In intial evaluation completed , click on track project
11.Observe result

When a template is set for a 8D approach it does not reflect in track project when a new concern is created
