closedFolder Mgmt/Level: When the folder is not active then by clicking on the most prominent icons, it showing blank page in RHS.

Folder Management: When the folder is not active then the options should be shown in blurred view.(No difference for active level and inactive level in icons against each levels when hovering and also in the more options its differentiate with bold, but its not appropriate(in my view))
Levels:No need of Edit and delete icon for Levels placeholder
1.Click on levels menu
2.Hover on levels place holder
3.Shows all 3 option in bold view
Show edit and delete in blurred view or dont show edit and delete
Description
Folder Management: When the folder is not active then the options should be shown in blurred view.(No difference for active level and inactive level in icons against each levels when hovering and also in the more options its differentiate with bold, but its not appropriate(in my view))

Hand symbol is showing for inactive levels on rights for sites/gorup/access and clicking on it , blank page is displayed in RHS
OCcurs when hovering on some other active folder and tries to click on the inactive folder
