1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on Layer Selection list and pick layer
7.Click on New button and then add new checklist
8.Click on + button and add new checkpoint
9.click on + button again
10.Add same checkpoint
11.Click on OK button in validation message
