Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Set date preference as DD/MM
3. Click on New button
4. Select the Equipment details
5. Click on select production part button
6. Select the part
7. Observe the date field

Description

Issue 1: Date Format - DD/MM - Production OEE - When user tries to enter the data for past date, after selecting the production part, it takes date as current date.

Issue 2: When searching the equipment, the equipment is getting hided. After clearing the data and searching the assembly line is displays to select(Added in cycle 5, guess it is impact one)
