1) Login as auditor
2) Click on Perform audit
3) Upload audit record
4) Observe the checklist

Description

1) Failure category, Failure reason, menus ,Approach selection and is not feasible to use it displays in small drop down and after selecting category the value inside it is not displaying at least fully

2) While filling checkpoint one after the other the page is moving to top
