1)Access the link http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)login to the module
3)click on module setup
4)Click on create Department
5)create Department
6)Click on Assign Department
7)again click on create department in assign department page
8)click on create department new window will open to create department
9)click on the home icon it takes the user to audit pro user page
Remove the home icon form that screen (Screen)

The Expectation of QA is not Clear.
We need clarity while reporting the issue and expecting the following points :
1)Need Screenshots as mandatory
2)Comparewith Current result and Expected result while proposing any changes
3)Need Consistency in bug reporting
4)Required new category as suggestion, if it is new (Now QA is considering suggestion as bug)
This will help to save the Dev team analysing time.
