Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Click on add audit attachment
4) Click on Add
5) Select Control docx
6) Click on attach and select the attachment from local
7) Click on Upload and Observe

Description

Though I have attached audit attachment and saved attachment window still displays over saved success message

And Also Audit attachment displays Audit/Attachment as header
