Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Expand the Menu section
3.View issues 1 and 2
4.Now collapse the menu section and do mouse-hover
5.View that in few of the menu names labels are clipped off (Issue 3)
6.Mouse hover in between 2 menus and observe the flickering issue

Description

Please find the issue description

1.On expanding each menu section,there is no scroll bar to see all the sub-menus
2.On mouse hovering the sub-menus, its not highlighting
3.After collapsing the menu section and on mouse-hovering to the menus,in few of the sub-menus labels are getting clipped off
4.On mouser-hovering from one menu section to other its Flickering
