1.Login ewqims
http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Actions→Intial evaluation completed
4.mention reported date ,enter corrective action
5.Click on save
6.now click on the same concern
7.Observe result - changes are not saved
