Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
3. Click on Assigned or Scheduled WO
4. Click on definition code
5. Edit the activity and try to save the data without entering the user details
6. Observe the behavior
