1) Login as admin
2) Click on Create adhoc audit
3) Fill all the mandatory fields and Staus as Confirm status
4) Click on save and Publish

Description

When adhoc audit is publish using Confirm status and approval process is enabled and saved Displays Publish window and Does not displays any published successfully validation.

Later after tried this multiple time system displays saved successfully message
