Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Customer/manufacturer vendor/registrar
3) Fill all the Fields
4) Click on Contact person icon
5) Fill some fields and leave blank on one of the mandatory field
6) Click on save
7) Observe

1) Close button is merging with label name
2) Validation Email id required displays EmailId required with no space between
