1) Login as admin
2) Click on module menu
3) Select the User from listing screen
4) Click on Delete Directly and Observe

Description

When user directly removed from Module admin rights providing page displays validation to contact administrator

Done this activity as Administrator and After manual refresh the user is getting removed from the list
