LPA : ITAR user Created Section name is visible to Non ITAR user along with assigned score

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin ITAR usesr
2) Click on Checklist
3) Create section and sub section with Need score option and assign some score
4) Now Create Checklist as IS ITAR and save
5) Login as Non ITAR user
6) Observe
7) System will display only section and Sub section along with score but not checklist and Checkpoints

Description

ITAR user Created Section name is visible to Non ITAR user along with assigned score

Checklist and Checkpoints are not visible in this case because IS ITAR will be assigned in Checklist area so it is not displaying to Non ITAR user

In Some ways Section and Sub section shouldn't be displayed Either to Non ITAR user
