When adhoc audit with CONFIRM status and module auto approval and published the Status of LPA audit is not changing to Yellow with green meaning Ready to perform

Tried the same case Audit status as Confirm and Publish and Schedule is not listing in LPA schedule screen even tried to refresh.

Expected behavior :

Adhoc audit :

1) Tentative When Publish when approval process is enabled Approval Window Should come and Audit should Go to Auditor/Auditee Confirmation and Approver has to approve then Post that Audit is Ready to perform.

2) Confirm When Publish When approval process is Disable the status of audit is ready to perform because the audit will not go to auditor/Auditee Confirmation and Approval process is disabled so Ready to perform

3) Tentative When Publish when approval process is Disabled Approval Window Should Not come and Audit should Go to Auditor/Auditee Confirmation and then Post that Audit is Ready to perform.
