Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Open the Project
3)Link PI to the Project
4)Click on FST document (FST/VOC)
5)Click on Publish for approval
6)Fill the data and click on Publish
7)Observe the alert
8)Close the alert
9)FST document page is not getting close automatically
