Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as a module admin & select the module as MSA pro
2.Click on Calibration menu
3.Enter all mandatory field
4.Click on save & close out button
5.Click on certificate
6.Observe the optional field
7.Click on publish document button
8.Observe the screen
