Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on UOM
3. Add UOM and observe the alert
4. Without closing the alert msg try to edit the uom
5. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: UOM -The user is allowed to perform any other function without closing the Alert message

Issue 2: UOM - Add --> Close button does not contain any color indication
