Grouping gages->Search menu is missing ->Created group name is not displaying & "Group Name Already Exists" alert is missing --->Please refer description

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as a module admin & select the module as MSA pro
2)Click on Grouping gages
3)Click on Add button
4)Enter group name & click on save button
5)Observe the screen
6)Click on refresh icon
7)Observe the screen
8)Enter group name which is already entered
9)Observe the screen

Description

1)Created group name is not showing.But after clicking on refresh icon it showing the created group name. likewise deleted group name also listing until clicking on the refresh icon
2)Search menu is showing only for more than 1 record
3)"Group Name Already Exists" alert is missing
