Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS.
2. Navigate to APQP module.
3. Click on Setup -> Business Rules menu
4. Click on a project pillar.
5. Close this popup and access any menu item.
=> All pages open up in a new browser tab

Description

After accessing Business Rules -> Attach Project Pillar -> Project Pillar popup, and then clicking on any menu item, the page opens up in a new browser tab.
