1) Login as admin
2) Click on adhoc audit
3) Create adhoc audit with confirm status
4) click on save
5) observe the LPA schedule screen

It is already discussed in SPrint. For Adhoc Audit, there was separate publish for Each adhoc audit. but publish button is for random audits
