LPA : Though Excuse reason is on select System is prompting validation to select Excuse reason as mandatory

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on adhoc audit
3) Create adhoc auidt
4) click on save
5) Again retrieve the same and change any field
6) and Do not select any excuse reason
7) click on save and Observe

Description

Though Excuse reason is on select System is prompting validation to select Excuse reason as mandatory

What if User by mistakenly selected and He dont want to select any excuse for the Schedule

IF Excuse reason is in select . system will prompt alert based on subject. So need to select Reason

Second was discussed in sprint there is better way to do. Which will take as enhancement. (Not bug).
