Description
Meetings -> Freeze KPI / Dashboard Reports -> Taking more time to save the freeze report.

- Status changed from Open to Resolved
Architecture is changed in such a way that, if we take a snapshot the snapshot process will be queued into a batch service and will be reflected in the grid after sometime.

CY-3 Cant able to freeze the report. Error message displayed as ""Process initiated in the background"

The workflow has changed. The freeze report will be working based on BOSS batch service status. If its running in the test server, the frozen report will be convert automatically and it will displayed in meetings page automatically
