Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part master
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the details and save and then click on vendor
5. Observe the error
6. Click on Plant Configuration and Equipment activity(Both activity and Autonomous)
7. Observe the error

Issue 1: Spare Part Master--> When clicking on vendor tab, the system displays "web error msg"

Issue 2: Plant Configuration and Equipment --> When clicking on Activity tab, the system shows "web error msg"
