2) Click on Administrator tab

3) Click on Audit program

4) Click On Actual audit

5) Click on SHow all process

6) See the action

2. From Plan -Create actual audit -> save - Cannot able to replicate

Im closing this issue Due to two reason

1. Steps to reproduce is not correct
2. I mentioned in my steps it is working in save and Add

Please do not Reopen or not make it as not resolved. Because Based on the steps earlier we tried. For that im marking it as resolved.

WE will check together. and based on that we can add steps and make this issue status as open ( not resolved/Reopen) and will add as new issue
