Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into HR Pro as Admin.
2. Go to Competency tab.
3. Click on Competency Evaluation menu.
4. Select a user from the entity.
5. Make any one of the skill to Level 1.
6. Now select another user from same position.
7. See the competant date and observe
