Action page not closing after terminating document

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS as REsource
2. Click on Actions under Action management
3. Check for the pending request
4. Click on the document and terminate
5. Observe the Result

Description

After terminating the document from actions page it is redirecting to old APQP page instead of closing
