1.Login as user

2.Click on documents menu

3.select level and right click on the document which has more than one revision

4.Select revision history option

5.Revision details are not showing in the grid

issue is not because of more revisions its because of change request -reason for request and changes required fields with html tags issue and that issue is fixed and it will work for new revisions.
