Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Plant Configuration menu

Description

Issue 1: Plant Configuration -->Plant Configuration - TPM-Setup Breadcrumb - Not working as expected

Issue 2: Plant Configuration - Activity pop up window - No need to display the grid twice

Issue 3: Plant Configuration - Are you sure you want to delete? If user selects the cancel button in alert, it should get refresh the screen to uncheck the selected checkbox

Issue 4: Plant configuration - select image icon should display behind the select image field. It is confusing while hovering the select and change image option

Issue 5: Plant Configuration - There is no need more spare for dropdown field and all. Kindly minimize the size
