Part Equipment Mapping: Inspector(s) are not listing in the Operators Field

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Setup Tab and Goto Part Equipment Mapping Menu
5.Select any PI and Click on Add Button
6.Enter the values in Mandatory Fields and Click to choose the Inspector(s) in Operators Field
7.Observe the Results

Observation: While Clicking on the Operators Field the Inspector(s) list should be shown but its not showing any Inspector(s) names in that list

Description

In Part Equipment Mapping while Clicking on the Operators Field in the Inspector(s) list should be shown the Inspector(s) names but its not showing any Inspector(s) names in that list
