Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Upload audit record
4) Click on No against the checkpoint so that automatic finding is raised
5) Now select the score value to which NC is assigned fill objective evidence
6) Save and Close the window
7) Observe the validation

Create Checklist with score value as List use the same in perform audit

Changes may not be save alert displays while opening the same Findings to which automatic NC is filled and some times when directly select score value after automatic nc displays alert
