Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Tries to save the Equipment observe the Equipment category
4. Click on Criticality and select the score and click on save button
5. Observe the Criticality score field
6. Click on Save button without picking the commission date and start of production field
7. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Equipment -->When tries to save the equipment without selecting the Equipment category, it shows alert like "Please select the Equipment master". Need to display like "Please select the Equipment category"

Issue 2: Equipment --> Criticality --> Selected the Criticality score and clicked on save button at the bottom of the screen without clicking into the submit button, it shows the alert like "Please select the criticality" it should display the alert like "Kindly submit the criticality score"

Issue 3: Equipment --> Criticality score is not showing in the bottom of the screen

Issue 4: Equipment--> Without picking the commission date and start of production date, the equipment is getting saved
