Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Checklist
3) Click on import
4) Click on add excel
5) Choose the Excel from local machine
6) Click on Done after choosing file
7) Observe the screen after sometime

Description

LPA : Import Checklist in Checklist screen after Exception handling validation the window is not having close button need to press esc from key board to quit the window.

Validation on checklist is being imported is not properly aligned and also not able to close the validation.
