Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as APQP Admin
2)Click on Roles menu under setup tab
3)Click on Delete - Observe the alert
4)Click on Add - Observe no user icon

Description

1)When there is no record then no need of delete button
2)Click on delete prompt an alert - Deleted Successfully
3)User selection option not provided to add for the roles
