1. Log in as Scheduler.
2. Create a anew actual audit.
3. Make status as confirmed.
4. Publish the Actual audit.
5. Go to batch manager and observe

Description
After creating actual audit and publishing the audit, emails are getting generated for previous Audits which all done already
2. For deadline violated audits, after publish th actual audit mail is generating only for Auditee contact person but not for LA and AA
